Three Tips for a Happy and Healthy Easter
Long weekends always come with a little indulgence and that’s okay but there’s nothing we love more than feeling happy, healthy and mentally refreshed after a break.

1. Get outdoors
An extra long weekend is the perfect time to take advantage of nature’s greatest playground. Carve out some time to go for a long run, ride or bush walk. For extra motivation, set something up with your family and friends, you’re far more likely to stick with it if you have people keeping you accountable!
2. Start each day right
There’s sure to be plenty of sugary treats around over the Easter weekend. If you start your day with a healthy brekkie, you’re much more likely to avoid over indulging throughout the day.
3. Make time for mindfulness
We know, we know, this one is sometimes easier said than done. We love to pair practising mindfulness with time in the great outdoors but take any time you can get to mentally check in with yourself.
